A case of multiple myeloma with unusual presentation

Extramedullary plasmacytoma is a rare and unusual complication of multiple myeloma (MM). Some sites for the extramedullary involvement MM are liver, spleen, lymph node, lung, skin. Renal failure another due to kidney, uric acid nephropathy, hemoconcentration, or light chain disease. This study reported case with presentation. She was 61-year-old woman who admitted internal ward severe renal failure, anemia, mild proteinuria, hypertension, thrombocytopenia, soft tissue mass in both lungs spiral computed tomography (CT) scan. In skull X-ray, there not any lytic lesion. Further, plasma cells greater than 30% were observed serum protein electrophoresis pick gamma region bone marrow aspiration, so final diagnosis patients plasmacytoma.
